Our founder, O'Tega Ogra, brings over 15 years of experience working at the heart of UK government digital transformation. From the Cabinet Office to the Ministry of Defence, from NHS England to the Department for Education, this frontline experience shaped our understanding of what it takes to deliver real change in complex environments.
