Governance & Independence

Every BlueBow organisation is legally and financially independent, with its own board and governance structure.

Our Independence Model

BlueBow Group is not a traditional holding company. Each organisation within our family operates with complete legal and financial independence. They have their own boards, their own bank accounts, and full autonomy over their strategic decisions.

What we provide is shared infrastructure—strategic direction, back-office support, and a platform for learning across our portfolio. But we never interfere with an organisation's mission or governance.

Our Governance Principles

Legal Independence

Each organisation is a separate legal entity with its own registration and liabilities.

Financial Independence

Every organisation maintains separate bank accounts and financial controls.

Board Autonomy

Each organisation has its own board responsible for oversight and strategic direction.

Arm's Length Relationships

Any work between BlueBow entities is contracted at commercial rates and fully documented.

Transparent Reporting

All organisations publish annual accounts and maintain clear governance documentation.

Mission Accountability

Each organisation is accountable first to its own stakeholders and mission.
